These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of software, extensions, overlays, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Mustached_Maniac. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Scope of Services
The Services consist of digital software products and related functionality designed to integrate with third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Twitch, Streamer.bot, OBS, Discord, and other external services.
All Services are provided as digital content. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred to you. You receive only a limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
2. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
The Services operate in connection with third-party platforms and software that are not owned or controlled by Mustached_Maniac.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, developer policies, and any other rules imposed by the third-party platforms you use in conjunction with the Services. Your use of the Services must not violate any applicable third-party terms.
Mustached_Maniac is not responsible for your failure to comply with third-party rules, nor for any enforcement actions, account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party providers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of third-party platforms or networks
- Circumvent payment systems or licensing mechanisms
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
4. License and Restrictions

5. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
The Services depend on third-party platforms, APIs, and infrastructure. Mustached_Maniac does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or continued functionality of any third-party service.
Features may change, degrade, or cease functioning due to external platform changes. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain compatibility, no guarantee is provided regarding uptime, performance, or future support.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Mustached_Maniac does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mustached_Maniac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
In all cases, the total aggregate liability of Mustached_Maniac arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards for your systems and data.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mustached_Maniac from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms

Mustached_Maniac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
